1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services provided by Alex Scalp. By accessing the website, contacting us, or booking a treatment you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Booking & Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment dates. The amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion.
  • A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment without losing your deposit.
  • Late arrival may shorten your session or require rebooking, which may result in additional fees.

3. Treatment Results

Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure. Results will vary between individuals due to skin type, lifestyle, and healing. While we always aim for the best possible result, we cannot guarantee identical outcomes to any photographs or examples shown.

4. Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential for the best possible healing and long-term result. You will receive aftercare instructions following your treatment.

We are not responsible for any adverse effects or unsatisfactory results caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions or by external factors beyond our control.

5. Medical Conditions & Suitability

You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, or treatments during your consultation. In some cases a patch test may be recommended.

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is not safe or suitable for you.

6. Payments

  • Payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking or consultation.

7. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.
  • Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (“no show”) may result in full or partial charges and future bookings may require full payment upfront.

8. Liability

While we take great care in all treatments, Alex Scalp is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions if a patch test was refused or omitted against advice
  • Unsatisfactory results caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions
  • Issues arising from medical conditions or information not disclosed before treatment

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding and layout, is owned by or licensed to Alex Scalp and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You must not:

  • Copy or reproduce any content for commercial purposes
  • Use images or text without permission
  • Attempt to damage or disrupt the website or its security
